About This Product

This is a threaded malleable cast iron pipe fitting or a 20K fitting with resin coating on the outside. This joint is used in conjunction with externally coated steel pipes for fire extinguishing, and is intended for external corrosion protection in buried fire extinguishing piping. (There are two types: 10K type and 20K type.) (2 to 4 inches) FK joints/FKG ZD joints are externally coated joints developed for fire extinguishing piping, and when used in conjunction with externally coated steel pipes for fire extinguishing, provide external corrosion protection for underground fire extinguishing piping. In addition to FK fittings with working pressures up to 10K, we also have a lineup of 20KFK fittings for pressure piping. The outer coating resin is brown. FKG ZD fittings and 20K FKG ZD fittings are coated with fluoropolymer resin as a sealant on the threads of FK fittings and 20K FK fittings, eliminating the need for sealing work during installation. In addition, since the outer coating resin is transparent, it is possible to manage remaining screws visually by using a special transparent rubber ring.
