About This Product
A screw-in pipe fitting for lined steel pipes. There are two types: RCF-K type for internally lined steel pipes (mainly for indoor piping) and RCF-MK type for internally lined and externally coated steel pipes (mainly for underground piping). (1/2 to 6 inches)
■Supporting piping construction with a rich lineup
・Screw-in type pipe end anti-corrosion fitting RCF-K type, RCF-MK type
・Anti-corrosion type LA fittings RK-LA, RC-LA at the pipe end that can be installed directly on the main pipe and does not require thread processing.
・We can also connect different types of pipes. Supports connections with stainless steel pipes and copper pipes by combining threaded pipe end anti-corrosion fittings (type to prevent contact with dissimilar metals for equipment connections: RCF-KZ type) and fittings for dissimilar pipes.
■Excellent corrosion protection and corrosion resistance
・RCF-K, KZ, and MK are corrosion-resistant pipe end fittings with a built-in core that incorporates a resin core into a malleable cast iron fitting.
- Adopts a double-structured core consisting of a lip and O-ring packing that controls the entry and exit of water into the pipe end, which is highly effective in preventing red water over time.
- The combination of RCF-KZ and various fittings for dissimilar pipes prevents electrolytic corrosion due to contact with dissimilar metals.
■Easy construction
We support all types of piping, from new piping to renovation and repair piping, with screw-in type pipe end anti-corrosion fittings and pipe end anti-corrosion type LA fittings. Speedy construction is possible.
environmentally friendly
Non-PVC material is used for the resin of the anti-corrosion fitting at the pipe end. Lead-free material is also used for the copper alloy. It is environmentally friendly and can be used safely for drinking water piping.
■Suitable for rolled screws
By applying rolled threads to polyethylene powder-lined steel pipes for water supply, you can create ideal piping that is environmentally friendly and has excellent earthquake resistance.
