This is a JIS B 2301 "Screw-in type malleable cast iron pipe joint" standard product, and the material is JIS G 5705 "Mallable cast iron product (FCMB275-5)". There are three types depending on the type of surface treatment:
Black product: As-cast (1/8 to 6 inches), White product: Hot-dip galvanized (1/8 to 6 inches), Coated product: Epoxy resin coating (1/2 to 6 inches)
