■Ultra small automatic dispenser cleaner Wiper seriesIt enables unmanned, labor-saving, and automation of dispenser and nozzle cleaning work that was previously done manually. The ultra-compact size allows it to be installed on manufacturing equipment. It is also possible to customize the shape of the dispenser nozzle. This is an automation device that automatically cleans dispensers and nozzles, manufactured by IC-Automation in Germany. A wide variety of materials can be wiped off, including epoxy resins, UV-cured adhesives, two-component adhesives, grease, and solder.

It is possible to automatically clean the outer surface of the dispenser nozzle, making it possible to save and unattend maintenance on automated production lines.
