Relequa Moisture Profiling Measuring Device is a new way of measuring moisture interaction in substances.

■Principle of moisture profiling

Relequa's analysis uses ERH (Equilibrium Relative Humidity). ERH refers to the relative humidity of air when there is no exchange of moisture with any substance in its vicinity. In other words, ERH can be said to be the relative humidity of the environment surrounding the stable state of the sample. The Relequa Moisture Profiling System uses ERH principles to solve moisture problems. In this instrument, ERH is evaluated as the final relative humidity (%RH), the most important information about sample-moisture interaction that can be obtained by moisture profiling, but moisture profiling measurements are simply a measure of ERH. It not only calculates a value, but also measures real-time changes in relative humidity. The device reflects the real situation in the manufacturing process and is able to measure temperature and humidity in "practical" ambient conditions.

- Moisture profiling measurements provide new information about sample-moisture interactions. ・This device is designed for raw material evaluation in the actual manufacturing process, as well as analysis under ambient conditions that reflect conditions such as the manufacturing stage and packaging. ・Non-destructive testing is possible. ・Dual sample chamber structure allows simultaneous comparative measurement of the same sample and multi-sample testing. - Any sample that can be placed in the chamber can be measured, such as solids, powders, gels, creams, and liquids.
