About This Product

Traditional methods for evaluating the physical and structural properties of freeze-dried powders (cakes) are limited to subjective and qualitative tests, which do not necessarily provide evidence of robustness during transportation and handling. It wasn't something to do. MicroPress uses a linear actuator to slowly compress the powder while the applied force is precisely measured with a load cell. ) is measured quantitatively. The integrated software can then export the resulting stress-strain profiles to Mirosoft Excel for evaluation and analysis. This analysis allows users to determine what conditions the lyophilized powder will be in during handling and transportation.
