About This Product

Zaiput Flow Technologies' patented liquid-liquid/liquid-gas separators enable continuous flow batch separation of immiscible liquids. This separator is based on membrane separation method. Due to the innovative design, operation is unaffected by up and down flow conditions. This makes it extremely flexible and deployable. It is an innovative device that can be used in flow, batch, and emulsion separations, and also enables multi-step synthesis and multi-step separation. Product standards are ・Lab scale (SEP-10: flow rate 0-10ml/min) ・Pilot scale (SEP-200: flow rate 20-200ml/min) ・Product scale (SEP-3000: Flow rate: 200-3,000ml/min ・SEP-40K: Flow rate 1,000-40,000ml/min) You can choose the separator that matches your desired separation and extraction amount.

■Principle of separator

This device uses a porous membrane and the difference in wettability between the aqueous and organic phases to selectively separate one of two liquids. Integrated pressure regulation (diaphragm) provides plug-and-play functionality and ensures the right conditions are met at all times.
