■Summary- Test system for dielectrics and ferroelectrics.
・It is possible to introduce the system (hardware and software) at low cost by combining and integrating with existing equipment and commercially available equipment.

■Features・High voltage test inside silicone oil shows no arc discharge → high dielectric breakdown voltage.
・Can be shared with dielectric/TSDC test system
・Dry nitrogen (or air) purge connector
・No arc occurs because the sample is submerged in insulating fluid
-More stable and accurate in oil than competing systems where the stage temperature can be different from the sample
