About This Product

A magnetic separator is a device that separates fine iron powder generated from grinding machines, etc. more efficiently than from grinding fluid.

■Features

- Covers are installed on the rotating parts and inlet to ensure safety and prevent coolant from scattering. - Grinding fluid that has been cleaned and regenerated can be resupplied using a tank that separates the specific gravity. - The tension mechanism of the squeezing roller has been updated to improve squeezing performance. ・The ultra-high magnetic force type is ideal for collecting weakly magnetic sludge and fine iron powder sludge.

■Applications

Grinding fluid purification for grinding machines. Collection of iron powder from washing machines.

■Specifications

・Tank specifications: 3-tank structure: rectifier tank, separation tank, and final tank. (Gravity separation sedimentation tank) ・Tank and discharge pump are optional.

■Standard model

Surface maximum magnetic flux density 0.1T. High magnetic force type (H): Maximum surface magnetic flux density 0.3T. Ultra-high magnetic force type (HP): Maximum surface magnetic flux density 0.5T.

■Model display
