About This Product

■A centrifugal separator that removes solid particles contained in pumped water by using the difference in specific gravity and swirling flow velocity.

- Sand removal from groundwater from small wells. ・Removal and recovery of grinding powder and abrasive materials from cutting fluid.

■Features

・Low price. -Small installation area. ・Excellent performance even with a simple structure. ・Separation can be done in a short time. - Efficiently separates fine particles with a diameter of 35 μm or more (sand). ・Purifies both magnetic and non-magnetic materials. ・Maintenance free with no consumables and no clogging. ・Low running costs as there are no consumables such as filters or cleaning.

■Applications

・Removal of sand contained in groundwater. ・Removal of impurities in raw material liquid. ・Separation of solid particles in industrial water and factory wastewater. ・Ideal for pre-treatment of filtration equipment and water softening equipment. ・Removal of grinding powder from cutting fluid in machine shops. (Ideal for non-magnetic materials such as aluminum and stainless steel) ・Collection of glass powder and abrasive materials at glass factories.

■Specifications

・The material of the main body can be selected from steel or stainless steel. ・Optional attachment for precision separation of 10 μm or more can be installed. (requires backwashing or cleaning) ・A flow sensor and automatic sand discharge valve can be installed as options. (Excluding small models) ・We also handle sand separators with a capacity of 2,000 to 100,000 L/H.
