・Polysulfone is a transparent amorphous thermoplastic resin with a pale amber color, and its deflection temperature under load is as high as 174 degrees, making it a super engineered plastic. ・It has excellent not only heat resistance but also acid resistance, alkali resistance, and other mechanical properties, and is widely used in equipment that requires high functionality. ・Polysulfone also has excellent hygiene properties in medical devices, so it is especially used in medical devices that are repeatedly used, such as autoclave sterilization. ・Polysulfone is a resin that has a high molding temperature and is difficult to mold, but we have experience using various processing methods such as injection molding, blow molding, and cutting.
