■Features

・Nylon is a general term for polymers formed by amide bonds, and there are various types depending on the bonds, such as PA6, PA11, and PA66. - Nylon is an engineered plastic with excellent mechanical properties such as wear resistance, tensile strength, impact resistance, and bending resistance, and is often used in moving mechanical parts such as gears and bearings. ・Also, because it absorbs water, it is not suitable for use in high humidity environments as it will cause dimensional changes and deformation. - In the medical field, polyamide-based thermoplastic elastomers are mainly used for vascular catheters because of their high antithrombotic properties. ・We have a track record of more than 10 products in the vascular catheter field, including small diameter tubes with contrast agent lines.
