This space-saving vertical model is ideal for products that require long-term processing such as heating, cooling, and drying. The tower conveyor can be used alone as a stocker or storage conveyor, and by combining it with various units, it can be used for a variety of purposes. ・Combination with heat source → sterilizer, dryer, steamer, fermenter, etc. ・Combination with cold water and cold air → Cooler, chocolate cooler, etc. The tower conveyor is a conveyor system that has fundamentally revolutionized conventional transportation methods. It is an extremely versatile device that can be made three-dimensional according to the intended use and factory conditions. Furthermore, the installation space is minimized compared to conventional three-dimensional equipment. There are two types of tower conveyors: a tray type that processes (transfers) items by placing them on a tray, and a carrier type that processes (transports) items by placing them directly on a carrier without using a tray. There are caterpillar type, net type, and belt type carriers, which can be selected depending on the shape of the processed product. Features ・Both flat and three-dimensional space are extremely small. - Compact equipment with long residence time, reducing equipment costs and running costs. ・Processed products are always moved horizontally. Ideal for processing products that require horizontal levels. -The carrier type does not require a special tray, so it can transport "separate" items. ・Products can be supplied and taken out at a constant height and interval. ・There is almost no shock when starting and stopping. There is no need to worry about product damage or deformation.
