About This Product

■Strengths of MCC-8000S

Image processing devices generally use a camera to take an image of the object, then perform filter processing and other methods to output the results.To speed up the processing time, a method is used to cut out a portion of the image. The MCC-8000S achieves the industry's fastest real-time processing, producing results at the same time as 3.3ms/Frame imaging. This is a simple-to-operate controller that is specialized for continuous imaging inspection of nozzles and bodies of bottles, preforms, etc. The device is equipped with a video memory function, which can not only display detected defect images, but also use this function to store approximately 1,000 screens for each camera in memory at any time, and use the defect detection image as a starting point. You can easily verify and check what is detected by stopping the video and moving forward and backward, and what is detected. Since the camera board has an SD card for each camera, it is also possible to automatically save defective images (700KB/sheet).

■Main specifications of MCC-8000S

・Simple and easy operability specialized for bottle and preform inspection with a touch panel written in Japanese ・Real-time processing regardless of the number of cameras connected or the number of inspection range settings (3.3ms/1 frame) ・Adjustable camera capture frame number, shutter speed, and GAIN settings ・Up to 6 dedicated VGA monochrome cameras can be connected (2 cameras/1 slot x 3 boards) ・Inspection range (color display) can be independently adjusted in up to 10 locations per camera (priority processing, overwriting selection possible) ・Differential filter processing (6-system switching), video level white/black (selection) processing, and area determination ・Displays the number of defects for each camera, emission rate, and number of defects for each inspection range of each camera. ・Built-in video memory function/can switch between through screen and NG freeze screen update display modes ・Up to 31 product numbers can be registered (external switching signal input), password function (1 system) ・SD card equipped as standard for each camera: save defective raw images ・save arbitrary selected images ・save and load setting values ・A function that allows simultaneous simulation inspection of any camera while online, regardless of the inspection.
