About This Product
This is a highly versatile basic system that inspects the back surface using the body holding conveyor, and the side and top surfaces in a straight line. For product registration, sorting into containers by counting non-defective products, and supplying caps, we offer flexible proposals such as interlocking with molding machines, parts feeders, and robot transfer.
■Strengths of cap inspection equipment
The entire process can be managed with one machine, from supplying workpieces according to the production line, transporting workpieces using conveyors and indexes, inspecting for defects, sorting good/defective items based on inspection results, counting the number of each item, and packing good items into boxes. We have a rich lineup, including high-precision types that focus on a limited number of products, and general-purpose types that are well-balanced for small-lot, multi-product production.
We use a variety of inspection methods to handle various types of defects, such as foreign matter adhesion (contamination), scratches, molding defects, mixing of different products, color unevenness, printing defects, and quantity shortages. We will propose the most efficient inspection system based on the know-how we have cultivated over the years, including the selection of cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.

・The only change to the model is to change the width of the conveyor for bottom inspection. (With adjustment scale)
