About This Product

With over 15 years of experience since the first machine was introduced, this is a simple-is-best product that has never been seen before. This inspection system is specialized for manufacturing sites with low production volumes and can transport up to 80 bottles per minute, depending on the bottle material and shape.

■Strengths of BoRoS IV

・Cost can be reduced by reducing the number of cameras and lights ・Easy-to-understand management with less adjustment of inspection equipment ・By turning it, you can aim at the center of the bottle and perform stable inspection all around. ・Simple structure, easy adjustment and maintenance, almost no replacement parts, and product changes can be completed in a short time. ・Because the bottle is lifted slightly and rotated, the dead zone near the bottom is reduced. ・No screws are required, and there are fewer parts that come into contact with the bottle.

■What can be added to BoRoS IV

・In addition to our original inspection device (digital camera checker), which is the fastest in the industry for foreign object inspection, we can also construct an image processing device using an area camera or line sensor depending on the inspection content. ・Since we manufacture LED lighting in-house, we can propose system construction tailored to the target bottle and target defect, such as transmission, reflection, and refraction. ・It can be used not only for defect inspection but also for detecting singular points on the bottle and controlling the direction of the bottle. ・By adding a conveyor, head-following air leak* inspection and discharge leak inspection can be added. If leak inspection is added, the number of tubes processed will be less than 50 tubes per minute. *The pressurized leak test uses a highly accurate original judgment logic circuit. ・We can manufacture and supply suction blowers (1 to 3 units with 4.4 m3/min specifications) to prevent bottles from tipping over. ・We will design and manufacture the pass line and flow direction according to your facility's wishes. ・In addition to the simple joint conveyor for transferring BoRoSⅣ from your conveyor, we can also manufacture and supply a joint conveyor with a height adjustment mechanism. ・We will install a joint conveyor that holds the body downstream (or upstream) of BoRoSⅣ, and manufacture an integrated device that includes inspection of the top and bottom.
