About This Product

Introducing the industry's first pair of heat insulation tubes with a thickness of 8 mm x 20 mm. It would be convenient to have a pair of gas pipe insulation tubes with a thickness of 20 mm. We received many such comments.

JCDA 0009 Insulation coated copper pipe compliance/foam material horizontal combustion test UL94 HF-1 compliance Flame-retardant insulation material prevents ignition accidents and fire spread during brazing work.

■Heat insulation material (chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam 30 times) Characteristics

・Inner insulation layer: JIS-A-9511 (A-PE-C-P2) compliant product, chemically cross-linked 30x foamed polyethylene ・Outer insulation layer: JIS-A-9511 (A-PE-C-P1) compliant product, chemically crosslinked 30x foamed polyethylene ・Skin: Embossed shape ・Heat-resistant temperature: -40 to 120℃ ・Flame retardant test: UL94 HF-1 compliant
