■Product features

・Solved the problem of condensation in concealed piping for high insulation ・Lower cost than the 20mm insulation thickness type ・Improved workability in narrow spaces ・Insulation performance is approximately 15% higher than NT-P23JN when the outside temperature is 30℃ ・Ideal for concealed piping such as whole-house air conditioning for house manufacturers ・The liquid pipe side also retains heat and has an air insulation effect, making it ideal for preventing condensation. ■What is the flame retardant performance of JCDA 0010?

The flame-retardant performance of copper pipes coated with flame-retardant thermal insulation material must disappear within 60 seconds when subjected to a combustion test using the JIS C 3005 tilt test.

■Foam material horizontal combustion test (UL94 HF method)

Hold the test piece horizontally, apply a 38 mm flame for 60 seconds, and make a judgment based on the burning rate and combustion behavior with a distance of 100 mm between marked lines.

■What is UL94 standard?

The UL94 standard is the standard number for plastic material flammability testing for equipment and appliance parts, and is a global safety standard that expresses the combustibility of plastic materials. As a result of the test, the order of flame retardancy is HF-1 → HF-2 → HBF.

■Characteristics of insulation material

・Inner insulation layer: JIS-A-9511 (A-PE-C-P2) compliant product, 30x cross-linked polyethylene foam ・Outer insulation layer: JIS-A-9511 (A-PE-C-P1) compliant product, 30x cross-linked polyethylene foam ・Skin: Embossed shape ・Heat-resistant temperature: -40 to 120℃ ・Flame retardant performance: JCDA 0010 compliant as a finished product ・UL94 HBF compliant

■Copper pipe material

Copper pipe: The original pipe shall be specified in JIS H3300 C1220T (phosphorus deoxidized copper).
