■Achieving gate cutting of light guide plate at low cost
Currently, light guide plates are widely used in LCD screens such as notebook PCs and monitors. This machine realizes high-precision gate cutting of these light guide plates at a low cost.
The gate cutting method uses a new mechanism that combines an air cylinder and a motor. It reduces cracks caused by variation in cutting speed, which is a problem with conventional air-driven types, and there is no oil scattering. It can also be used to cut wide gates other than light guide plates.
