About This Product

■Achieve optimal automation with stock system

By selecting a stocker that matches the molded product size and stock amount from our extensive lineup, you can achieve optimal automation for long-term continuous molding, etc. in situations where there is a serious labor shortage. Supports efficient production at production sites.

■Compatible with 1-axis servo take-out robot Equipped with pitch feed

Equipped with a "pitch feed" that allows products to be palletized using a 1-axis servo take-out robot (transverse axis servo drive). In addition, the stock position height can be arbitrarily set according to the product opening height of the take-out robot.

■Using U-Shin Palette (Fine Palette)

The pallet used is the Yushin Palette (Fine Palette), which is lightweight and easy to hold, in pursuit of ease of use. Fine pallets of S, M, and L sizes can be used by numerically controlling the Z axis (vertical direction).

■Uses chain with plastic cover

A chain with a plastic cover is used for the pallet transport section. Effective for preventing meandering in the conveyor section and preventing dust and contamination in the factory.

■Main options

・Signal light green/yellow/red ・Specified color ・Single thread connection unit (IN side/OUT side) The conveyor section can be added according to the amount of stock.
