About This Product

■Achieve optimal automation with stock system

By selecting a stocker that matches the molded product size and stock amount from our extensive lineup, you can achieve optimal automation for long-term continuous molding, etc. in situations where there is a serious labor shortage. Supports efficient production at production sites.

■Unification of logistics lines Unification of pallet entry and exit ports on the mold clamping side of the molding machine

Since the work flow for loading and unloading pallets is unified, the factory layout can be organized efficiently and in an orderly manner.

■Compatible with set molds. Can be automatically separated and stacked on separate pallets for right and left.

In conjunction with an all-axis servo take-out robot, it automatically separates and stacks symmetrical automotive-related set products (e.g. side mirrors, tail lamps, etc.) onto separate right and left pallets.

■Stock for longer time with three-dimensional circulation specification (optional)

The stock time is doubled by the mechanism that lifts up the lower tier to the upper tier.

■Using U-Shin Palette

Compatible with injection Hi pallets of S, M, L, and LL sizes and Fine pallets of S, M, and L sizes with different depths. (Cannot be used for both purposes.)
