About This Product

This device simply collects high -purity carbon dioxide with a concentration of 99 % or more compared to raw gas that contains carbon dioxide such as combustion exhaust gas. In 1987, the world's first 3,000㎥/h (nor.) Unit 1 was delivered, and it is currently working smoothly. In addition, inexpensive liquefied carbon dioxide gas can be obtained by adding liquefied equipment. We have also received a large number of construction records and high praise in this field.

■ Principles

・ In the case of carbon dioxide collection, the adsorbent of carbon dioxide is adsorbed compared to nitrogen as shown in the figure. ・ The adsorbed carbon dioxide is detached with a vacuum pump and collected as a high -purity carbon dioxide gas.

■ Features

・ Carbon dioxide can be obtained at a low price. It is 1/2 to 1/3 compared to when purchasing in Laurie. ・ 99 % or more carbon dioxide can be obtained. ・ Running cost is low. Carbon dioxide gas can be obtained cheaper than other processes such as chemical absorption methods that use steam in a large amount of conventional steam. ・ Product carbon dioxide gas can be obtained immediately after startup
