About This Product

■Free layout with space saving and free access

A palletizing robot born from the development technology cultivated over many years with robots for taking out injection molded products. Compared to articulated robots that require a large space or gantry-type robots that can only be accessed in one direction, the PA series saves space and allows for free access and a free layout.

■With a total height of less than 3,000mm and a height of up to 2,000mm, it can be installed even in places with low stacking ceilings.

It has the highest payload capacity in the series and can transport products weighing over 25kg. The shortcut operation and optimal acceleration/deceleration control function enables conveyance of 500 pieces/hour (8.3 pieces/minute).

■Usability that supports easy installation and stable operation. Speedy response and cost performance.

Strong service support that supports the design of optimal robot hands and a wealth of automation and labor-saving results. Because the manufacturer quickly installs and introduces it, it can be installed with minimal line stoppages. You can use it for a long time with quick maintenance and high cost performance.

■Palletizing distributed in two locations

Compared to gantry-type robots, there are fewer obstructive supports placed around the robot, so it can be laid out as freely as an articulated robot.

■Palletizing distributed in 3 locations

The no-entry area is narrow and there is no floor-standing robot controller, so you can make the most of the limited space you have. The X-axis (longitudinal direction shown on the left) can be extended up to 7m.

■Low running cost and environmentally friendly type

Power consumption is less than 1/2 compared to conventional articulated robots. Furthermore, since it has an airless structure, it does not use a compressor, which reduces electricity consumption and CO2 emissions.
