About This Product
■“Vertical HOP” is a robot that can take out runners from vertical molding machines.
As the name suggests, this is a runner extraction robot exclusively for vertical molding machines. By adopting the rotation function, the runner opening location can be set freely. In addition to removing the upper mold from the runner, it is also possible to remove the lower mold by simply switching the ejecting operation mode from the controller.
■Freely set the runner opening location Swivel function (R specification)
A model equipped with a swivel function during opening operation is available. Adjustable rotation angle from 60° to 90°.
■Also supports lower mold removal.Ejection operation mode switching function
It is also possible to take out the lower mold by simply switching the controller's take-out operation mode.
■Smooth opening operation Chuck 180° reversal function (X specification)
There is no need to worry about the runner getting caught in the chuck, and the runner can be opened smoothly.
