About This Product

■A new type of side entry robot developed with the aim of achieving the world's best cycle time.Optimal design is a method of finding a theoretically optimal shape using CAE (computer-aided technology), taking into account the robot's mechanism and movement. In recent years, this method has begun to be used to make airplanes and cars lighter and more reliable. In many cases, the optimal shape resembles structures found in nature, such as trees and living organisms, surprising us.

■High speed Pursuing optimization of aircraft structure with the aim of achieving the world's best cycle timeBy adopting a speed increase mechanism that allows two motors to operate simultaneously, the retrieval time has been shortened by 25% compared to our previous model SX-21-HS, achieving a high cycle time of 0.21 seconds.

■Long-distance transportation Novel mechanical design compatible with all factory layoutsA novel design that breaks the conventional wisdom of side-entry type retrieval robots. The travel range of the transverse axis can be arbitrarily selected from 1,500mm to a maximum of 4,000mm (top class in the industry).

■Low ceilings While taking advantage of the strengths of the side entry system, which is ideal for clean environments, we can accommodate even lower ceilings.While inheriting the strengths of the side-entry robot, which has no robot sliding parts on the top of the mold, the design is designed to accommodate low ceilings by lowering the height from the machine base mounting surface by approximately 60% compared to the previous model SX-21-HS. .

■Slim Attachment head thinner optimal design to reduce mold opening/closing distanceThe attachment head, which enters the mold during ejection, has been made thinner while maintaining rigidity using an "optimal design" design method. This reduces the distance between opening and closing the mold, contributing to a shorter molding cycle.

■High-spec controller with ease of use and safe designThe E-touchⅡ-K controller has a large 10.4-inch full-color touch panel and can be easily operated by simply touching the icon displayed on the screen. In addition, it is IP44 (international waterproof standard) compliant and has excellent dustproof and waterproof performance.

■Integrated control Post-processing equipment such as delivery equipment can also be controlled in an integrated manner.The delivery device (optional) can also be controlled by the TSXA controller. It is possible to reduce equipment costs and shorten teaching time.
