About This Product

■High-speed robot compatible with product removal and insertion of vertical molding machines

Driven by servo motors on all axes (vertical and transverse axes), it is possible to handle both product removal from a vertical molding machine and inserting operations at high speed and with high precision. Furthermore, the robot has a compact design that saves space.

■Compact + space saving Adoption of transverse axis double speed mechanism

A double speed mechanism that slides in two stages is adopted in the take-out arm, eliminating the protrusion of the take-out arm when in standby mode, making the machine more compact and space-saving.

■High precision Structure with excellent rigidity

The machine body and take-out arm have high rigidity, assuming insert molding, which requires higher precision.

■Reduction of mold opening time Adoption of thin arm

Adopting a thin arm that can enter the mold even with a small amount of mold opening, reducing mold opening time leads to a reduction in molding cycle time.

■Reduced molding cycle time High-speed operation

The dry cycle time required for insert molding to insert a workpiece and take it out is a high-speed operation of 1.53 seconds.

■Runner removal specifications
