■Improve productivity through high speed + vibration control
High-speed operation is achieved by reducing the mass of the drive unit by adopting an optimal design. The vertical axis uses CFRP to improve vibration damping performance, and vibration damping control reduces setup time, improving productivity.
■Optimal design Joint research with Kyoto University
Optimal design is a method that uses CAE (computer-aided technology) to find a logically optimal shape, taking into account the robot's mechanism and movement. In recent years, this method has been applied to make airplanes and cars lighter and more reliable. Through joint research with Kyoto University, it was first adopted for attachment heads, and after practical application, it was adopted for HSA, TSXA, YC, and HST as extraction robots.

In 2011, our company's ``development of a high-performance take-out robot for injection molding machines based on structural optimization technology'' received the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers Award (Technology).
■Lighter and faster
The HST series uses optimization technology to reduce the weight of each component and structure, down to the structure and form. As a result, the drive unit was reduced by approximately 72.5 kg, making it 25.4% lighter than the previous model. As a result, we achieved a speed increase of 9.2% compared to previous models without increasing the size of the drive motor. In addition, by using optimization technology to reduce the weight, we were able to not only reduce the weight, but also ``reduce the weight in an optimal state and maintain high rigidity.''
■Reduction of establishment time through optimal design + CFRP + vibration damping control
Through optimal design, the HST series has been designed with consideration to natural frequencies and vibration damping characteristics. As a result, we achieved a significant improvement in vibration damping, with a 98.6% reduction in settling time (the time it takes for vibration to fall within standard values).
■Reducing timer time
By significantly reducing the settling time, it is possible to shorten the various timers of the take-out robot, contributing to shortening the cycle time during actual molding.
■Stable extraction
Since there is little vibration during operation and stop, and the vibration damping properties are high, it is now possible to take out precision molded products, micro products, etc. at high speed and stably.
