About This Product

■Why do we need a robot weighing several hundred kilograms to take out a product weighing just a few hundred grams?

In order to find the answer to this question, we pursued the ideal robot by making full use of the "optimal design" method. Optimal design refers to a method that reviews the traditional design method that relies on the designer's experience and uses CAE (computer-aided technology) to find a theoretically optimal shape, taking into account the robot's mechanism and movement. In recent years, this method has begun to be used to make airplanes and cars lighter and more reliable. In many cases, the optimal shape is similar to the structures of trees and living things that exist in nature, surprising us. We believe that this robot, which was created with the aim of achieving high speed and stability that was not possible with conventional models, will be a pioneer in opening up a new era.

■Optimum design to reduce the weight of the aircraft for faster speeds

Using optimal design technology, we succeeded in reducing the total weight of the machine by 13%, and demonstrated the world's fastest ejection time of 0.27 seconds in actual molding. 25% shorter than previous model.

■Optimum design for thinner attachment head mounting part to reduce mold opening/closing distance

Optimal design technology has made the attachment head inversion part, which enters the mold during ejection, slimmer by 38%. Contributes to shortening the entire molding cycle by shortening the mold opening/closing distance by 41mm.

■Vibration control technology to prevent shaking

Vibration control technology is applied to the entire body, CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastics), a material with excellent vibration damping properties, is used for the extraction arm, and an optimal design is used for the attachment head.

■Large 10.4-inch full-color touch panel for ease of use

The E-touch II-K controller, designed exclusively for HSA, is easy to operate by simply touching the icon displayed on the screen. Moreover, it comes standard with read-through teaching that allows you to easily add points and timers. You can also select the small E-touch compact II controller.

■Safely designed controller to withstand even harsh environments

Guards on both sides protect the controller. Compatible with IP44 (international waterproof standard), demonstrating excellent dustproof and waterproof performance.

■75% reduction in air consumption for eco-friendliness

Equipped as standard with one circuit of the "ECO adsorption" system, which is effective in protecting the global environment and reducing electricity and equipment costs.
