I want to create robots that can help solve these problems. I also want to create a robot that looks to the future of plastic injection molding. FRA was born from this idea.
■Safety circuit
By duplicating the safety circuits, there will be no loss of functionality even if a failure occurs in one safety circuit. The standard for the future is not to compromise on safety.
■Safe speed monitoring
The robot movement during teaching will not exceed the safe speed, so you can work safely and with peace of mind.
■Compliant with international safety standards
Complies with safety standards EN ISO 12100, EN 60204, EN ISO 10218 and belongs to safety category 3. Compatible with national standards such as CE, GB, and KCs.
■Active vibration control
It is possible to perform molding at high speed and without mistakes in ejecting. In particular, when extending a heavy attachment head or extractor arm, it prevents the waiting time from increasing until the vibration settles down, significantly reducing cycle time.
■Arc motion control
The curved motion allows for "smooth, high-speed" movement between axes, which is not possible with conventional orthogonal robots. Cycle time can be reduced without increasing vibration.
■Adaptive motion control
By automatically selecting the optimal control for various situations such as gate cuts, inserts, open positions, and changes in stroke, it repeats smooth and comfortable movements for the molded product in all situations.
■Equipped with jerk filter
It can smooth sudden deceleration and suppress vibration. This is the same principle as how the impact of stopping a car can be reduced by relaxing the pressure on the brake just before stopping.
