Gigacycle bending fatigue testing equipment is a device that can significantly reduce the time required to evaluate the lifespan of materials. Test data for 10^7 cycles (10 million times) can be tested in about one day.
■Features
・Put the test piece between vertical bending jigs and apply pulsed air to the test piece. A sensor reads and counts the deflection of the test piece.
・Provides answers faster than conventional flat bending testers. Achieved maximum frequency operation of 400Hz.
・When an initial crack appears, the length of the specimen changes and the resonance point shifts, causing the device to automatically stop.
・There is no temperature rise due to high speed operation as it is constantly cooled by air.
