About This Product
■Removable heat-insulating cover that prevents energy loss and shields high-temperature equipment.
Cover jackets are intended for insulation, heat retention, and heat shielding of various equipment that dissipates heat, such as valves and boilers that consume large amounts of energy, and injection molding machines. Attaching the Nitigura jacket to equipment prevents heat radiation (energy loss) from piping and valves, resulting in significant energy savings in electricity and fuel costs. Saves energy by preventing heat radiation from piping and valves.

We handle everything from materials to equipment measurements, sewing, and installation. The heat-resistant materials used are our own products, and can be used in a variety of temperature ranges from low to high temperatures, and can be processed to suit the application, such as dust-proofing and waterproofing.

Flow of energy-saving diagnosis: STEP 1 Confirmation of the equipment under consideration (drawings/photos/radiation temperature/area), STEP 2 Confirmation of operation status of equipment (fuel (electricity, gas, heavy oil) / fuel unit price / operating hours (month, year)), STEP 3 Presentation of expected energy saving effect, STEP 4 Presentation of jacket estimate.

The materials used in Nitigura jackets can be selected from materials that can be used in a variety of temperature ranges, from low to high temperatures, depending on the purpose and application. No binders, adhesives or phenolic resins.

・Over 1,000℃: Silica fiber/AES fiber/Alumina fiber
・500-1,000℃: Silica fiber/heat-resistant glass fiber
・250~500℃: Glass fiber
・-20~250℃: Silicone coating/PTFE coating glass fiber
・-20~100℃: Glass fiber with aluminum foil
