About This Product

■The fully automatic radial saw is a heavy-duty grooving machine with a main shaft equipped with a grooving cutter that automatically creates horizontal grooves in long pieces of wood on the table.

The NRK-M model is a heavy-duty, fully automatic housing material groove processing machine. The belt-driven system with a powerful motor attached to the top increases machining capacity and enables fast, powerful heavy cutting. The cutting tool axis travel guide uses an LM guide to maintain accuracy over a long period of time. The blade axis travels back and forth for stable cutting using ball screw feed or air-hydro system.

■Features

・Powerful heavy cutting can be performed quickly - Cutting tool jump mechanism reduces machining cycle time ・Anyone can easily operate it using the uniquely developed dedicated operation screen. ・Accurate positioning without cumulative errors ・The operation screen for positioning is a large touch panel that comes standard. ・By entering the table feed pitch and number of cuts using the numeric keypad in the order of the processing steps, move the table and perform cutting in the order of the steps. ・A servo motor is used for the table movement motor. ・3-speed shifting possible: high speed, medium speed, and low speed ・Table movement dimensions are measured in 0.1mm increments using a magnetic scale, and accuracy is maintained semi-permanently.
