A running cross cut saw is a cutting machine that uses a circular saw (chip saw) to cut across decorative boards and counter long materials (band materials) at high speed. Made to order.
■Features
・Achieves a cut surface without burrs or chips by cutting with two circular saws running back and forth (UR2M/UR2KM type)
- Input long materials and turn on the start to automatically cut to size continuously.
・Dimensions can be input easily using the touch panel.
・Supports QR code/barcode input (optional)
・The sizing device uses a servo motor for precise positioning in 0.1 mm increments.
・Equipped with a hair pulling shaft that allows for stable cutting surfaces with no burrs on the surface material.
・The running guide uses an LM guide to maintain high running accuracy over a long period of time.
