■A multifunction machine that combines a radial saw groove processing machine and a cross cut saw cutting machine. For lining, trimming, tenoning, and groove processing for partition panels.
The "ORCH3S series" is the result of many years of radial saw production results and technology. Made to order.
・We perform simultaneous grooving and cross-cutting on the upper and lower sides of partition panel materials.
・Achieving both "high-speed material feeding" and "high-precision positioning": High-speed positioning of the upper and lower cutter shafts and feed shaft using servo motors
・Compatible with “curved” materials with stable clamps: 4 upper clamps + 4 horizontal clamps
・Data entry, office created computer software + USB data transfer (optional)
・After processing, install product dispensing device (optional)
