About This Product

■Aluminum plate cutting machine with improved functions such as shortened cutting time, high precision, and improved working environment.

The URKG cutting machine was born from our company's many years of experience in cutting aluminum plates. Made to order.

■URKG series (new model)

・Small type with enhanced functionality based on the basic specifications of the URK series ・Expanded to maximum thickness t110mm to improve performance ・Reduced cutting time. 50% shorter than conventional machine using dedicated chip saw ・Cutting width x ruler length 1,000mm x 1,000mm ・Achieved more than 95% chip recovery by using a traveling circular saw cover. ・Uses a large touch panel to achieve high operability ・Equipped with a workpiece flotation device as standard to improve handling of heavy materials. ・Equipped with a uniquely developed split blade to prevent workpieces from getting caught (optional) ・Compatible with material thickness t200mm (optional) ・Auto positioner (automatic sizing device) can also be connected as an option.
