About This Product

■Significantly shortens cutting time and reduces work time. Thick plates can be transported with little force. Improves work efficiency and contributes to labor and cost savings

The URKM series is a circular saw cutting machine that precisely cuts aluminum plates. In addition to powerful power and efficient dust collection, cutting conditions that minimize cutting heat reduce overcutting and improve machining accuracy. We have selected the optimal saw blade for cutting aluminum thick plates, making it possible to shorten cutting time. Two cutting modes, single position cutting (ABS) and single automatic feed cutting (INC), allow for efficient cutting. It also uses an LCD touch panel operation method that is easy to see and operate.

■Features

・With box motion (the knife retreats after the knife settles), the clamp opens after the knife settles, reducing operator waiting time. ・Using workpiece floating ball bearings, a 1 ton aluminum plate can be moved 360° with a force of only 30 kgf. ・Achieves safe and stable cutting without chatter by securing the workpiece with clamps on both sides of the blade. ・Efficiently sucks chips with the saw blade tracking telescopic circular saw cover ・Back gauge achieves accurate dimensional accuracy by measuring in 0.01mm increments
