About This Product
■Aluminum cutting, a new frontier of precision and safety. Opening up the future with UCA-2D400
"UCA-2D400" is an innovative 3D circular saw cutting machine. The 60° left and right swivel table and up to 45° axis tilt function make it easy to cross-cut long materials. The circular saw on the table automatically passes through the machine using a ball screw and motor feed, allowing precise cuts to be made while keeping the workpiece fixed.
It can be installed next to a wall even in limited space, greatly improving work efficiency.
・Axis tilt: Adjustable from vertical to 45 degrees
・Table rotation: Free rotation of 60 degrees left and right
・Safety clamp: Doubles as a safety cover to achieve reliable angle cutting.
・Hard chrome plating treatment: Applied to the table and back ruler to prevent scratches during transportation.
・Cutting oil spray device: Air mist method is standard equipment, semi-dry lubrication is also available as an option.
・Blade running: Stepless speed adjustment using ball screw method
