■Characteristics of carbide circular saw cutting machine with automatic feed

・Prevents damage to aluminum materials with our newly developed conveyance method - Clamps on both sides of the blade improve cutting stability and saw life. ・Lower saw cutting reduces noise. ・Semi-dry lubrication is environmentally friendly and makes post-process work easier. - Cutting speed and accuracy can be adjusted with the saw blade feed mechanism using a ball screw. - Cutting dimensions can be set accurately with the sizing mechanism using a servo motor. ・Work floating device during transportation prevents scratches during material feeding.
