About This Product

The workpiece slip detection system is a device that uses a slip detection sensor attached to the workpiece to monitor the position of the workpiece in real time, and notifies the operator with an audible alarm and lighting if slippage occurs. Made to order.

■Preventing slippage and creating a future. A new technology that accurately detects the slippage of objects to be gripped, a slippage detection sensor system jointly developed with the Kagawa Prefectural Industrial Technology Center.

In gripping (chuck) devices such as sizing devices, if the object to be gripped slips during transportation, cutting accuracy and handling performance will deteriorate, leading to defective products and trouble. Therefore, we jointly developed a sensor system with the Kagawa Prefectural Industrial Technology Center that detects the slippage of objects to be gripped with high precision. This sensor has a unique structure that combines parallel springs and detection elements, and can detect and measure slippage within the gripping surface of the chuck, regardless of the shape or size of the object to be gripped. Additionally, by using two types of sensing elements: strain gauges and piezoelectric films, we have made it possible to handle both static and dynamic slipping. It is possible to detect workpiece slippage on the order of 0.1 mm, and uses the technology of patent pending patent application 2022-92993.
