Hitachi vortex blowers are available in a wide variety of products, including high wind pressure, large air volume, and environment-resistant types, and can also accommodate other special specifications. With special specifications, Hitachi Vortex Blower's applications are even wider.
A unit type equipped with an inverter is now available for the vortex blower, which is popular as a simple air source for equipment and lines. Achieves low noise. Customizable.
Features
■Same characteristics for forward and reverse operation (E series)
Even when the blower is rotated in reverse, it exhibits the same performance as when it is rotated in the normal direction. There is no need to switch suction/discharge with a valve.
■Increased safety explosion-proof type
Suitable as an air power source for various industries that generate explosive gases. (Please specify the model, voltage, and increased safety explosion-proof type.)
■Terminal box adopted as standard
Models over 0.4kW (VB-004) come with a terminal box as standard.
■With pressure measurement hole
Models over 0.4kW (VB-004) have a hole for pressure measurement. A pressure gauge can be attached, and no additional processing is required.
■Achieve low noise
By housing it in a small soundproof box, we have achieved a reduction in operating noise of approximately 5 to 10 dB compared to using a single blower. (The operating noise of the 8.0kW model is reduced by approximately 10dB during fully closed operation [50Hz/60Hz at maximum static pressure].) The dedicated box has a compact design and does not take up much space. It also comes with casters, so it's easy to move.
■Simple program function
Easy control with the program operation function (EzSQ) of the inverter (WJ200). Automatic driving can be easily achieved by downloading a program created using the computer software (ProDriveNext) to the inverter (WJ200). It saves costs because it does not use a host control device.
■Customizable
It can be customized according to the customer's specifications, usage, and installation location. In addition to the standard inverter, it can also be equipped with a PLC, breaker, etc., so there is no need to install a dedicated panel. Additionally, peripheral devices such as air filters can be installed.
