About This Product

Completely leak-free, long life, excellent corrosion resistance, and can run dry. Ideal for equipment integration, liquid fertilizer injection, coolant liquid collection, etc.

■Features

・Completely leak-free Since there is no shaft seal, there is no leakage at all. ・Long life Polypropylene bellows with excellent bending resistance can withstand millions of reciprocating movements. ・Excellent corrosion resistance: The pump body is made of polypropylene, the poppet valve is made of EPDM+PP, and the O-ring is made of FKM/EPDM, so it can handle various corrosion-resistant liquids including acids and alkalis. ・Self-priming dry operation is possible The reciprocating motion of the polypropylene bellows has a self-priming effect (up to about 0.7 m in the case of room-temperature fresh water).Dry operation is also OK as there are no friction parts. ・Flow rate adjustment The flow rate can be adjusted from 10% to 100% of the stroke. ・Instant stop Since the small model uses a synchronous motor, the pump stops instantly when the power is turned off, and there is no overshoot. ・Liquid temperature Do not let the temperature of the liquid you handle exceed 40℃. Please note that if the ambient temperature/liquid temperature is below 15℃, the pump may be difficult to start.
