About This Product
ENDO's air balancer is a cargo handling equipment that uses compressed air as its main driving source. Sometimes like a balancer, sometimes like a hoist, air balancers support transportation work, contribute to reducing the burden on workers, and help improve work.
■Transportation of the lattice lid using the MS-A model
・Elevate and lower by operating the controller
・With floating function
・Choose from wire rope type or load chain type.
■What is the floating function?
- By applying force to the suspended load without operating the controller, you can finely adjust the position within a range of approximately 30 cm from the stopped position.
・When the applied force is removed, it will return to its original stopping position.
■Features
- Equipped with a floating function that allows you to hold a suspended load in your hand and move it approximately 30cm downward from the stopped position.
・Speed can be controlled by adjusting the speed adjustment screw on the lift control module.
- Even if the air supply is stopped, the suspended load will not fall. Also, even if the hose of the pendant switch breaks, the suspended load will not fall.
・Air consumption is approximately 1/7 of that of air hoist machines (compared to our company)
・No lubrication required and no oil is exhausted
・Quiet as no air motor is used
