■Features

"Seamless stator casing" is manufactured by integral press processing. Eliminates welded parts and prevents rust from joints. Furthermore, the packing seal width has been increased to provide resistance to crevice corrosion. A special cooling fin "Tornado Fin" is installed in the mechanical seal chamber, and the temperature is significantly lower than before. Prevents mechanical seal deterioration. The amount of oil has also been increased by 42% from 240cc to 340cc, making it possible to extend the life even further. The upper bearing uses an AC bearing with two O-rings on the outer ring. There is no bearing damage due to creep even during intermittent operation. By using a motor with low temperature rise, continuous operation is possible for 30 minutes in the air at low water levels. Since the motor generates little heat, the bearing temperature is also low, resulting in a long-life design. The impeller uses synthetic resin with excellent wear resistance. Demonstrates 100 times more wear resistance than general ABS resin, etc. against wear caused by sand, detergent, and solid matter contained in waste water. It also reduces entanglement with textiles and ensures pumping performance equivalent to or better than conventional vortex pumps. A ball-shaped air bleed valve is installed at the bottom of the eye flange to prevent air lock by discharging the air remaining in the pump casing. Rubber protectors are attached to the pump legs to prevent damage to the FRP septic tank. The mass of EP-750-2T has been reduced from approximately 10kg to approximately 9kg. It's now even easier to carry.
