■Outstanding elongation at break brought about by advanced chain technology
KITO Link Chain combines high breaking stress and tenacity, as evidenced by its breaking elongation of over 20%, achieved through advanced chain-making technology. In addition, due to advanced welding technology, it has sufficient ability to absorb the force in the bending direction of the link, as shown in the bending test results according to ISO1834, and there will be no breakage or cracking.
■A wide variety of chains and hooks
The standard link chain is suitable for lifting various large-capacity and large-sized products from φ6.0 to φ20.0. For combinations of chains and hooks, we offer pin types with special pins and eye types with high couplings. You can choose any combination such as single, double, triple, quad, endless, etc. according to the purpose of use.
■Length adjustment is possible, which is impossible with wire.
When you want to adjust the tilt of the load or change the length of the sling instantly, you can use the shortening clutch (VWW) to adjust the length of each link one by one. When using workpieces with different heights on the left and right sides, the chain on one side can be shortened, allowing for well-balanced work. Additionally, the shortening clutch has a locking function that prevents the chain from coming off accidentally. It is possible to repeat the work with the length set once.
■Suitable for harsh working environments
Kito Chain Sling 100 (S5 type) is used in harsh work environments. For sites that are heavily influenced by rainwater, seawater, steam, chemicals, etc., we recommend a rust-resistant nickel-plated chain.
