kinds
■Explosion-proof crane
- Explosion-proof cranes can safely carry out cargo handling operations in areas where flammable gas or steam (explosive gas) is present, such as petrochemical plants, oil refineries, and paint factories.
・There are two types: overhead type and low head type.
・Compatible with technical standards aligned with international standards
・Intrinsically safe explosion-proof construction is adopted for the push button switch part.
・Smooth starting and stopping with unique brake motor
■Sliding crane
Sliding cranes have an expandable girder section and are suitable for bringing loads from outside into buildings. Since it slides into dead zones such as columns, the work range can be expanded even in limited spaces. There are two types: Terha (monorail) type and traveling crane type.
■ Transfer crane
A transfer crane is a device that transfers cargo from one crane to another, or from a crane to a monorail. Ideal for moving loads to the next line and useful for building a total factory system. There are two types: manual and electric.
■Turntable
By combining Teruha (monorail) and turntable, you can change the direction of the work (lifted load) and freely change the transport route. Rotation can be done both electrically and manually.
■Igata Crane
The Igeta crane is an I-shaped crane used for installation and maintenance of ventilation equipment in ventilation stations such as tunnels. Ideal for installing, dismantling, and maintaining machines, especially in narrow spaces. You can transfer to Telha (monorail) with the 4-point hook.
