About This Product
This is a type of electric chain hoist EQ that is connected to an electric trolley. Winding up, down, and traversing operations are possible by operating the button. The rated load of EQ is 125kg to 980kg.

■In pursuit of ease of use, 2-speed inverter is standard equipment
Improved slow starting and stopping at low speeds and positioning accuracy for smooth work. It also reduces load swing. Safety is improved by weakening the operating current by using an inverter DC power supply. Electronic thermal protects the motor from abnormal temperature rises.
■Pursuing improvements in work efficiency and operability
Equipped with a no-load high-speed function, it is possible to hoist and lower at 1.3 times the high-speed speed under loads ranging from no load to 30% of the rated load.
■Equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent any accidents.
To ensure safety, it comes standard with a uniquely developed "electronic overload limiter," "friction clutch," and "upper/lower limit switch." The electronic overload limiter detects overload in the inverter and immediately stops operation. The friction clutch prevents damage to the main body and load chain in the event of abnormal loads such as overload or ground suspension, and the upper and lower limit switches prevent damage to the main body and load chain in the event of overwinding.

- The load chain uses Kito's unique special alloy steel hardened chain that boasts high quality in terms of strength, durability, and precision.
- Motor with external cooling fan reduces temperature rise and enables high-frequency work.
・The gearbox uses an oil bath system to improve the wear resistance of the gears and at the same time increase the cooling effect.
・Achieved M6 class despite its simple design. (Excluding some products)
■Quickly shuts off the motor circuit in an emergency
Equipped as standard with an original design emergency stop button that is easy to hold and press. The low voltage of 24V at hand further improves safety.
