Features of Yamada's air-driven diaphragm pump

■Unique design considering stable operation and ease of maintenanceMaximize diaphragm life and performance while minimizing maintenance costs and downtime. The air switching valve has an oil-free design that does not require lubrication, and does not require disassembly of the pump body during inspection/maintenance. The pilot valve that operates the air switching valve is also oil-free. A wear-resistant design that eliminates dynamic seals as left and right independent types. Equipped with a unique C-shaped spring to prevent intermediate stops and a reset button in case of an emergency.

■Simple principle allows stable suction and dischargeThe operating principle of Yamada diaphragm pumps is very simple. The center rod strokes left and right, and diaphragms (membranes) fixed at both ends suck in and discharge the material.

■About the drum pumpBased on the DP-10/NDP-20 series diaphragm pump, it is designed to be easy to use for drum cans. Installation is easy: insert the suction pipe into the 2B bang of the drum, and attach the included bag.
It can be used simply by fixing it to the ring adapter. Please purchase the hose and outlet valve separately depending on the intended use. We recommend the suction tube method for SUS material models.
