About This Product

This is a 4-point hoist pendant with a rated load of 490 kg and an air trolley combination type TCR type with an emergency stop button. Winding up, down, and traversing can be operated at stepless speed.

■Features

・Easy to transport heavy objects with air trolley connection type - 4-point pendant with emergency stop button allows continuous speed operation of hoisting, lowering, and traversing. ・Equipped with overwinding prevention device as standard ・Equipped with KITO's original ultra-strong and rust-resistant nickel-plated chain as standard. ・Built-in overload limiter function that automatically stops hoisting when overload is detected Product details

■Super strong nickel plated road chain

Kito's original chain that is proud of the world. A special alloy steel hardened chain with high quality in strength, durability, and precision.

■Overwinding prevention device

Protect the main body. Prevents damage to the main body and load chain during overwinding.

■Overload limiter

Prevent accidents when abnormal loads occur. This prevents damage to the main body and load chain in the event of abnormal loads such as overload or earth suspension. When shipped from the factory, it is set to operate within 125% of the rated load at an air pressure of 0.6 MPa.

■Environmental response

Be kind to the earth and people. Does not use 15 substances of environmental impact specified by Kito, including 6 substances of the European RoHS Directive.

■Air trolley combination type (pendant type)

The pendant type can be hoisted or lowered by pushing the lever on the operating section. The speed can be adjusted steplessly according to the amount of push.
