About This Product
A rope hoist with a short dead dimension that is installed under the rail. We have a lineup with a rated load of up to 5 tons, and are equipped with a light load high speed inverter as standard to improve work efficiency.
■Features
- Inheriting the technology and know-how cultivated with Kito electric chain hoists.
- Equipped with an inverter as standard equipment (winding up/down/traversing) for slow start/stop, improving work efficiency.
・Achieves high safety with pull rotor brake, electronic OLL, and electronic thermal.
-Light load high speed function and CH meter function enable operation and maintenance tailored to actual work.
■Minimize load swing with “unique inverter control”
KITO's unique inverter control technology achieves both safety and workability at a high level. It suppresses the flow peculiar to inverters and stops the load in the minimum distance. Slow starting and stopping minimizes load swing and contributes to improved work efficiency.
■Highly safe pull rotor type motor brake adopted
High braking force securely holds the load. When used in combination with an inverter, the brake life is extended, and since the structure is simple and no electrical components are used, failure rates are low and stable operation is essential for improving productivity.
■Uses aluminum casing to achieve weight reduction
As a result of using aluminum materials and low-pressure casting, we were able to reduce the weight of the main body, optimize the component configuration, and obtain a simple casing that is easy to maintain.
