About This Product
■Inverter drive
Inverter drive reduces swinging of the lifted load, but when the lifted load is conveyed, inertia causes the load to swing when stopped. Depending on how the lifted load swings, the operator can perform follow-up operations, or so-called follow-up notch operations, to suppress the occurrence of load swing, but this operation is difficult for inexperienced operators.
Therefore, we have installed a ``load swing suppression function'' as standard, which can automatically suppress the occurrence of load swing by using a function equivalent to a follow-up notch operation, even if you do not perform a follow-up notch operation. This function allows even inexperienced operators to operate the machine while suppressing load swing, allowing the lifted load to be quickly transported to the desired location.
■Inheriting well-established functions
If the load exceeds the rating, hoisting will stop. When the load is light (0 to 30% load), high-speed operation is automatically selected at 1.5 times the rated speed. The hook position is detected and the cushion stops automatically at the position set for hoisting/lowering operation.
■Maintainability
Operation information such as number of starts, operating time, abnormality occurrence information, and various setting information can be saved to USB memory. It measures and displays the operating time and number of starts for each load, as well as the highest ever load rate (K) when the power is turned on, which can be useful for maintenance planning, etc. Data saved on the USB memory can be checked on a PC, so it can be used to manage operating status, etc.
Measures and displays the total number of bends for each 1m section of wire rope, the number of bends for each load, and the top 5 locations (position categories) for the total number of bends. It is useful for the maintenance and management of wire ropes, such as by focusing on inspecting areas that are frequently bent.
■Equipped with ground cutting operation assist function
This function automatically temporarily stops the hoisting operation when a ground breaking condition is detected. This will help improve safety by prompting you to check the sling condition when the machine is stopped.
■Wireless operation series
・Specified power-saving radio station capable of stable operation
・Equipped with a protector to protect the transmitter from falling.
- Adopts a rechargeable power source for the transmitter (can be easily charged by simply placing it on a charger)
・The rechargeable battery uses an environmentally friendly nickel metal hydride battery and can be charged approximately 500 times.
・Can be used continuously for over 20 hours with approximately 2 hours of charging
- Adopts two-step motion type for up, down, east, west, south, and north buttons
